I’ve always loved galbitang, so beef noodles were a must-try. The broth is so rich, comforting, and full of flavors. Paired with our new topping: mini veggie dumplings and my secret dipping sauce (Buldak + Lao Gan Ma + a couple spoonfuls of gomtang broth)… perfection!
