This is my favorite summer dessert, rhubarb torte! The recipe is my Grandma Gunna’s recipe and is in the Borg Auxiliary cook book. Andrea also included this recipe in the Bernbaum’s cookbook! I love all things rhubarb, but this one is a treat! (I have it on the menu this week as rhubarb custard bars!)
