The Minnesota Department of Commerce has seen an uptick in reports of bank clients being targeted by fraudsters impersonating bank personnel. Fraudsters are spoofing bank phone numbers and contacting customers to hand over credentials and creating fraudulent ACH and wires.

**Your bank will never call you and ask for your password, PIN or verification codes.**

If you get a call like this, hang up immediately & contact your bank directly using the phone number located on the back of your debit/credit card.
