New Dirty Sodaโ€™s it is one of the first things that people ask - and the simplest answer is that a "Bluenose" is a person from Newfoundland, which is where my family's roots are.
๏ฟฝ My name is Tim Yard Aylward and Bluenose Coffee is the result of my passion for the perfect brew. We purchase coffee beans from countries all over the world and roast them right here in our shop in Farmington, Minnesota

. I believe there is a coffee for everyone - whether a light, medium, or dark roast - and my specialty is helping customers find exactly the taste they enjoy. In addition to the coffees we serve here every day, we have over 30 different varieties of coffee beans available that can be roasted the way you like for you to brew at home, as well as a wide variety of loose leaf teas. Stop in for a cup, and feel free to ask questions. We roast fresh daily, and are happy to assist you in any way we can. Thank you for being part of our story!! An early 10-year anniversary gift in honor BlueNose Coffee , thanks to our neighbors at Zion Tattooing and Piercing . A coffee plant tattoo with 10 yearsโ€™ worth of growth. Coffee is more than just a business to us; itโ€™s how my husband and I met and how our daughter was born. This tattoo was planned years in advance for this moment. I canโ€™t wait to celebrate with everyone on Sunday, June 14th.
