For over 36 years, Christos and Savoula Tsiros poured their hearts into South Main Pizza.

Christos brought generations of cherished family recipes and his deep pizza expertise from shops before, while Savoula’s incredible work ethic and meticulous attention to detail helped turn those traditions into something truly special. Though Christos has passed, his spirit and recipes live on in every slice we serve.

To this day, you’ll still find Savoula in the shop, working with the same passion and energy she had when they first opened in 1990. The next time you’re in Farmington, make sure to stop by, say hello to Savoula and her dedicated crew, and taste the authentic legacy they built together—one delicious pizza at a time.
