We’re Poke Bros, and we’re really glad you found us.

What started as a small Midwest concept has grown into 80+ locations across 15 states, all built around one simple idea: fresh, flavorful food that’s quick, customizable, and made just the way you like it.

Our bowls are inspired by Hawaiian-style poke (think sushi in a bowl). Start with your base, choose your protein, pile on the toppings, and finish it with your favorite sauce. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and always made to order.
