This beautiful dish represents an ethos we can get behind - to waste nothing. One Coastal's "Chicken on Toast" has seen several iterations but this one sounds like a dream: Green Circle Chicken liver pate, preserved rhubarb, red watercress, pickled rhubarb, mustards, house fermented sourdough & a healthy sprinkle of Henlopen sea salt. Two ingredients that we wait for every year after a long cold winter just showed up at our doorstep… Chesapeake Crab & Fifer Orchards Asparagus. To celebrate these Mid-Atlantic treats we treat them well and serve them with ceremony! Joining these delicacies we some shaved fennel, burnt citrus, Virginia Ramp Remoulade, puffed Carolina Gold rice, dehydrated ramp powder and topped off with some Henlopen Sea Salt for a taste of home!
