If someone would have asked me four years ago if I remotely thought my business would be where it is today, or if I would have even owned my own bakery for that matter... let alone, been a part of such an incredible collaboration as the one with David's for Thanksgiving; I would have laughed.
Two things I couldn't be more aware of at this very moment.
First, I stayed true to myself since day one. No matter the chatter, disbelief, naysayers, gratitude or attitude. I paved my way one brick at a time.
Second, I couldn't be more honored to collaborate with such a remarkably talented restaurant than David’s Restaurant & Lounge with David
I am so grateful for the opportunity!

With all of that being said, better get that Thanksgiving order in while you can! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Pumpkin Bourbon Cheesecake: Packed with pumpkin flavor with just the right amount of Four Roses Bourbon.

Maple Pecan Cheesecake:
Ultra creamy, sweetened with real Canadian maple syrup and topped with candied pecans.

Caramel Apple Cheesecake:
Filled with baked cinnamon apples and caramel, smothered with even more delicious caramel apples.

Espresso Cheesecake:
Containing the perfect amount of Starbucks dark roast espresso in every bite.

Pumpkin Spice Cake:
A deliciously moist pumpkin cake paired with a velvety smooth cinnamon buttercream.

Chocolate Decadence Cake:
Chocolate cake, filled with a smooth Callebaut dark chocolate mousse, finished in a creamy chocolate buttercream.

Being a specialty bakery means being more than just a place where people come to purchase desserts. It's about creating something unique, personal, and meaningful that brings people together. Being a dedicated gluten free bakery naturally attracts a special kind of customer—people who appreciate creativity, craftsmanship, individuality, and the little details that create something extraordinary.
But somewhere along the way, familiar faces become friendships, customers become part of the story, and a little community grows right inside this little shop.
That's what I absolutely LOVE about what I do! It's never been just about baking cakes, cheesecakes, and treats. It's about bringing people together, making people feel welcome, and creating something special that goes beyond what's in the bag or box.

Ava and I will be celebrating Halloween in a very special way this year!👻
On Saturday, October 31st, from 12pm-6pm any child that comes into Thirteen dressed in their Halloween costume gets a chocolate or vanilla cupcake for FREE!!
Of course, with a purchase would be wonderful... but mostly, I just love seeing everyone dressed up and all the excitement that children have on Halloween. 🎃
