Local produce is gonna get me through this cyclosporin (sp?) outbreak sitch-ee-ayshun, yall! I have to be super-careful since my immune system is about as effective as FEMA was after Katrina.

Thank goodness for Open Air Farms and my CSA share! I have greens that I'm 99% sure will be afe to eat, and I'm so excited!! All these carbs I've been eating the past three weeks are not cutting it.

Remember, Friends - shopping local protects not just our economy and community, but also out bellies!

We begin with a grounding meditation, followed by an exploration of the current Moon’s astrology and its themes.
