✨The weekend begins now and we’re headed into it with this bright and zesty Wood Grilled Swordfish!
🐟 Wild caught Atlantic swordfish marinated in oregano oil and then cooked over our live fire grill
🥔 Served on a bed of smashed baby yukon potatoes (potatoes are confit in oil with chiles, capers, green garlic & shallots), and sautéed swiss chard
🦪 Finished with an oyster & roasted garlic aioli, cerignola olives, and pickled Peruvian pearl chilies
