Dear Thai Kitchen Customer
It is with a very heavy heart that I have to share this news with you once again.
Unfortunately, we are forced to temporarily close Thai Kitchen due to another major hood system failure. As many of you may remember, we experienced a similar issue last year, resulting in a lengthy closure. We never imagined we would face this situation again so soon.
After having the system inspected, we discovered that the hood fan installed previously was manufactured in 1999 and has now failed again. For the safety of our staff and customers, we cannot operate until the system is completely repaired and brought back to proper working condition.
At this time, we expect the repair process to take several weeks. A new fan must be ordered, delivered, and professionally installed before we can reopen. While we are doing everything possible to speed up the process, the timeline is unfortunately out of our hands.
I want you to know that this closure is heartbreaking for me. Every day we are closed means lost business, lost opportunities, and most importantly, not being able to serve the customers who have supported us for so many years.
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I am deeply grateful for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this difficult time.
Thank you for standing by us through the good times and the challenging ones. Your loyalty means more than words can express.
We will keep everyone updated as soon as we have more information regarding our reopening date.
