When I created Petals and Cream, I wanted it to be more than dessert.

I wanted every visit to leave someone smiling.

That’s why each cup gets a tiny flower and a little uplifting message because I hope you leave with more than just gelato. Sometimes the small reminders are what means the most.

Looks like right now I won’t be heading to Split Oak Ranch today unfortunately.

Last night after an event while driving it back to Beverly Beach, I smelled burnt rubber coming from the truck.

Won’t be fixed until Tuesday.

So I am open at Beverly Beach and I got creative with my time waiting and made some Gelato sandwich cookies

Vanilla gelato sandwiched between two oat lace cookies and half dipped in chocolate.

Also available is the special that I created for the Split Oak Ranch Event

I will be open till 7pm today!💕

What a wonderful Fourth of July weekend!🇺🇸

These photos are just a few of the moments that reminded us how grateful and blessed we are to be apart of this wonderful community.

We finally met the awesome family behind Yes Coffee Co. after enjoying their coffee for years, so it was such a pleasure to meet them in person, and they were every bit as kind as we had imagined.

Later that day, the wonderful owners of FARO Beachside Eatery stopped by for gelato and invited us to bring the truck over to surprise their amazing staff to gelato. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a memory we will always cherish.

To everyone who visited us over the weekend (even in the rain ) whether it was your first visit or you’re one of our regulars- thank you 🙏💕 Your support. Smiles, and conversations mean more than you know.

Can’t wait to see you again soon!
