Last weekend, Keira Hall, NAU Student and intern to to our very own party chef .pastry, prepared her featured Lime Coconut Mousse Tart Dessert for the restaurant as part of her final senior project.

Keira's tart took a twist on her favorite dessert, Key Lime Pie, which she created with coconut cake, lime curd mousse, coconut gel, and lime zest milk crumble, all covered in white chocolate.

It looks as amazing as it does delicious! We're so proud of Keira and proud to have watched her grow this year! 🥥🍋‍🟩
