The bakers stoke the massive wood-fired oven and begin boiling bagels, hand rolling pastry dough and slashing the loaves for baking. As the sun comes up the aroma of fresh baked bread and dark roasted coffee fills the air. The regular patrons arrive early for organic brick oven breads, rustic pastries, tarts, scones, biscotti, or a variety of muffins. We offer organic whole wheat hand-tossed wood-

fired pizzas, super fresh salads, rustic sandwiches, and soups. We make everything from scratch using the best and freshest ingredients we can get our hands on, and always with great care! Post up under the magnolias on our outdoor deck or enjoy our cozy indoor dining. We can't wait to see you!

Good morning!

Flat Rock Village Bakery will finally be opening again today after last weekends ice storm.
Yesterday we were able to clear most of the ice around the building and in the parking lot. There still are a few icy spots so please caution when parking and coming in.
