The fresh noodles and the piping hot broth is perfect for this cold weather. In the bowl are our toppings of meats, green onion, white onion and chopped cilantro. On the side we serve bean sprouts and more cilantro.

The meats included are eye round steak (rare), well done flank, brisket, beef meatballs, and tripe!
