Did you catch us on the Today Show back in December? Our Coffee Sampler was featured on Hoda & Jenna's foodie gift guide! As you'd imagine, online orders started pouring in from across the country...our crew did a great job working overtime, with the help of family and friends, to get them all roasted, bagged, and shipped out in time.

Notes of cocoa powder, almond, graham cracker, and mild cherry—yum! Have you tried our Brazil Natural dark roast?

This coffee is sourced from the APROCEM cooperative of family-owned coffee farms in Poço Fundo, Brazil, and is certified Organic (like all our coffees) and Fair Trade. But what does the “Natural” mean?

Naturally processed coffees are dried with the coffee cherry (the fruit) still on the bean, imparting some of its fruity, complex flavors into the finished coffee.

A smooth, rich, and delicious cup—like sipping a yummy hot cocoa balanced by subtle bright fruity notes.
