We Love cooking in bulk, because we are able too, especially when the meals being cooked are already spoken for. Pre-order anything you want, and we will cook to order if it’s not already waiting on ya in our food warmers.

We’re open today and tomorrow from 11–7, or until sold out.

Rib tips will be ready by noon and available all day until they’re gone. Baby back ribs and Fork (pork) Steaks are available too, along with the rest of our menu.

We’re also accepting applications for all positions. We’re looking for dependable, long-term team members, not seasonal help. Some experience is a plus, and reliable transportation is required.

Our normal business hours are 11–7, but shifts may start before opening or end after closing. We have morning shifts, evening shifts, and occasional food truck events on Sundays.

We have plenty of Fork steaks available, all day, especially if you are able to preorder. You can preorder anything we have days in advance if you’d like. Preordering helps us out tremendously with every menu item so we can prep and cook your order, to order. Then we can cook more beyond our guesstimated amount to cook every day.
Also, we would greatly appreciate the support with your Alist vote for both categories that we are in, in the final round. “Best food truck” and “Best BBQ”. Humbling to even be in the final round along with 4 other reputable bbq restaurants, as well as 4 other food trucks. STLMag.com/alist is the website. Just click the Alist link. 🇺🇸 What a beautiful Holiday Weekend ahead. 🇺🇸

Reminder, we will be closed tomorrow. We are so looking forward to disconnecting and enjoying it with friends and Family.
If you are wanting anything from our menu, we can cook it and make it easily reheat-able at your convenience. We have around 80 pork steaks on hand, as well as lots of rib tips, baby back ribs, and our signature boss brats (bratwurst). Something that really humbled me yesterday, is when I went to STLMags website to cast a vote for our friends of Russo&Co for best original band, only to find ourselves on the Alist finalist as well in both Best Food Truck and Best BBQ. Winning this back to back years would be awesome, as Russo&co are in the running for a Three-peat. Save the date as they are performing this year at “Music Under the Stars” on July 18th, 6pm-9pm. Free concert.
We were never notified about making it to the final round, which is what made it quite a surprise as well as humbling. Thank you to all of you that helped push us through. Instead of sharing the voting link here, I’ll add it in the comments or you can just go to STLMag.com and find the Alist section. There are hundreds of local businesses, organizations, and people that would love for you to cast a vote for them. You can vote everyday for at least a month or so. 11-7 today, tomorrow, and Friday.

We will be closed this Saturday. If you are wanting something from us for the weekend, we can cook whatever you’d like, and you can heat it back up at your convenience. Any preorders for the weekend must be picked up on Friday. We have plenty of Fork Steaks available while they last.
