A family owned business, Azteca has seen three generations and even extended family working to keep the restaurant a local household name. Servando and Josefina's oldest grandson Danny Longoria is now in training to take over and give them a well deserved retirement.

The best part of what I do isn't cooking. It's seeing people enjoy what I create. ❤️

I believe great food has a way of bringing people together and turning meals into memories. That's what keeps me inspired to keep learning, creating, and trying new things in the kitchen.

You'll often find me here after hours, late at night, or on weekends when we're closed, working on new recipes and testing ideas. That's when the Mad Food Scientist comes out. 🧪👨‍🍳
