Wow... what an incredible Friday at the Small Town Sweets bakery cart!

Between my amazing regulars, so many new customers, the Puckerbrush weekend rush, and the Farmstand Crawl, you all completely sold me out for the weekend! Keeping up with you all is still something I'm trying to figure out, but it's a challenge I'm so thankful to have.

Thank you for supporting my little bakery and making this such an incredible day. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.

Okay, sweet friends... it's going to be a very warm day, and that sun is brutal! We moved the bakery cart under the shade tree so the sun isn't beating down on all the goodies. If things look a little different when you stop by, that's why!

It's going to be a busy and exciting day at Small Town Sweets! We're participating in the North Iowa Farmstand Crawl, and it's also Puckerbrush Weekend here in Forest City. There is so much fun happening around town!

If you're stopping by for the first time, welcome! Small Town Sweets is a self-serve bakery cart located at 405 W M Street, Forest City. I accept cash or Venmo, making it quick and easy to grab your favorite treats.

While you're here, be sure to pick up a North Iowa Farmstand Crawl map from the cart and visit all of the wonderful local farmstands participating this weekend!

I'll be open until dusk or until sold out.

Something new is making its way to the bakery cart tomorrow!👀

Have you ever had a Dutch Letter? Well they are making an appearance tomorrow!

A flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with a sweet almond filling and baked until perfectly golden. If you've never tried one before, tomorrow is the perfect chance!

Besides cheesecake, these are one of my favorite sweet treats. I can't wait for you to try them!
