4 years of talking about it. Then one day, he just did it. 🇪🇬
Before Downtown Cairo was a restaurant, before it was a food truck, it was a conversation. A husband and wife sitting together for 4 years talking about what it would look like to build something of their own.
See, nobody in his family had ever built a business and kept it going. That's not a knock on anyone. That's just the truth that made him want to be the first. He wanted to build something his family could be proud of. Something that would last.
But it was never just about the food. He wanted more time with his wife and his kids. He wanted to be able to share his faith with people freely, without limits. God gave him the dream, and he gives God the glory for where it's gone. 🙏
So he started. A food truck in Appomattox, VA. Just him and his family figuring it out one plate at a time. 5 years later, Downtown Cairo has a home in Forest, VA, and he's just getting started.
