For the past 8 years, Delia has been an important part of our journey. We first met when I hired her at Cook Out. At the time, she didn’t speak much English, but that never stopped her from showing up every day with a positive attitude and an incredible work ethic.
What stood out to me then—and still does today—is that she is a hardworking mother of two who always has a smile on her face, stays positive, and never backs down from a challenge. Watching her grow and succeed over the years has been inspiring.
When we opened Downtown Cairo, there was no question that we wanted Delia to be part of the team. We asked her to join us, and thankfully she said yes. Since day one, she has been a strong, dependable, and valued member of our family. Her dedication, loyalty, and commitment have helped us grow, and we are incredibly grateful to have her with us.
