For generations, dumpling making has been more than just food. It’s the priceless in-between moments: the laughter, the banter, the little disagreements over folding techniques, and the quiet feeling of togetherness that settles in as everyone shares a meal they made side by side. No matter how long it's been since we've seen each other — at the dumpling table, it feels like yesterday.
