Y'all know I share the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Yesterday we had a party of 32 come in right before another table. That table waited about 45 minutes for their food. It happens when a huge party hits all at once.

Yes, we told them if they needed to leave, we completely understood. No hard feelings. We aren't going to beg anyone to stay or promise something we can't deliver.

We'd rather be honest than make excuses or tell people "just five more minutes" for half an hour.

Sorry, not sorry. We'd rather lose a table than lose our integrity.
