Hello Everyone!
This is a little bittersweet for us to announce, but after 15 years of being in the same spot and serving up OUR style of Mexican food to the city of Fort Collins has sadly come to an end. We have made the hardest decision of our lives and unfortunately that lead to us closing down our food truck. We would love to thank EVERYONE that has supported us from the beginning all the way up to now. While its hard for us to say goodbye, we know we definitely left our footprints in this town and with that we’re leaving with our heads held high!
While we are closing down our doors at the food truck, our sit down restaurant is open, and does contain most of the same options as we did here along with many more. We hope this isn’t a permanent goodbye, please come to our sit down location down the street at Taqueria Del Barrio FoCo and still enjoy the same flavor and taste we’ve been serving for the past 15 years!
In regards to our spot, it won’t stay empty. The secondary food truck that we helped start and had settled in Wellington originally (now known as Tacos El Batas) will be parking here Wednesday to Saturday!
We will hold its integrity to continue to serve the community as best as we did, and hopefully they will carry on what we have started as well too. While they don’t posses most of our menu, they do carry most of it. Please give them a try, and remember our sit down restaurant is OPEN as well!
Thank you again for so many wonderful years ! We hope to our dearest hearts, this isn’t a permanent goodbye. Thank you from all of us! 💛🌮
