🎉 **Exciting News from Deborah!** 🎉
Hey everyone, it’s Deborah here! I bought Obstacle in August and have been working hard on rebranding with several exciting changes. We have a brand-new menu featuring Colorado-only ingredients as much as possible. We now make more in-house items, e.g., beer cheese, made with our delicious Irish Red Ale, honey mustard dressing, the best mac-n-cheese in FoCo, maybe the state, and many more.
While I’m not a brewer just yet, I’m definitely learning the ropes. We’re still contract brewing at the moment with the original recipes that you know and love, including 1 that is my first collaboration, but we hope to start our own brewing in the future. I'm very transparent about everything we do. SGB will start rotating new recipes that your taste buds will love. We are proud to say all our beer is zero-waste! We donate yeast to local farmers, grains to a local small budiness who make all natural dog treats.
