We provide an all in one maintenance experience for all size restaurants. Our goal is to remove the stress of restaurant maintenance. We implement our in house work order system utilizing a QR code strategically placed in the restaurant. When any type of service issues occur all the Chef or Manager has to do is scan the QR code with their mobile device and fill out a very simple work order form. They can even take a picture of the issue and send it with the work order when you click submit. Then forget about it! We handle the rest. An Alert comes to our office and we immediately dispatch a licensed technician to diagnose and / or repair the issue. Our customers enjoy the piece of mind knowing we have the service issue handled. A proposal will be given on the spot for repair costs and if parts need to be ordered you can track the parts shipping status by simply scanning the QR code and clicking on the work order status button. We make it very convenient for our customers to always know what the status of service issues are. From Downed kitchen and bar equipment to clogged drains, exhaust hood service to the building AC. The Uhaul at Five Points in Wilton Manors Florida. I used to love this place. Harry ran a tight ship. Now that he is gone, it has all fell apart. I rented a uhaul on July 31st and returned it on August 1st the next day. I put 72 miles on it and like always put a little more fuel in it than I needed.
Checked it in in the line. The attendant checked the fuel the mileage and the back for cleanliness. All was good so I left. 2 days later I get a call from the uhaul here at five points asking when I was bringing back the rental? Lmao. I told the lady I returned it 2 days ago. She puts me on hold for a minute comes back and apologizes for the mix-up and all is well. Right? Nope!. I reserve a uhaul for today and get a notification that I owe uhaul money. Haha. They are trying to charge me for 3 days and 158 miles plus fuel. So i called the customer service line. After being on hold with corporate for 42 minutes and being transfered 3 times I'm told only the general manager of the location has the authority to remove the charges. So I go to the location and the general manager is on vacation until tomorrow and no one can help me. I call the customer service line again and after on hold for 35 minutes this time I'm told the "E" department can put a delay on the E hold on my account so I can rent today. They transfer me again and I'm on hold an additional 27 minutes only to be told I was given inaccurate information and they can not delay any E holds and they must be resolved by the general manager of the location. Who is on vacation without any assistant there to handle issues like this.
So guess who gets to lose a good amount of money today? That's right...ME. 2 years I've been renting from this location and the manager Harry really made sure it ran right. Now that he is gone stuff like this happens. Never happened to me before. So hopefully tomorrow the video will prove this and we can resolve this issue and I can go find another location to rent from. Wish me luck. I do not recommend this location.

We had another successful bar deep clean last night. This is the North side bar, last week we posted the south side bar we cleaned. Next week we do the upstairs bar.
Client is happy and that's what matters.

Hello everyone. We started our first successful business last August 2022. In all the years I have been in restaurant maintenance I noticed how the high turn over rate for managers and staff was affecting how maintenance problems were handled. Most restaurants have a vendor list a mile long and new employees don't always know who to call when something goes wrong. So I have simplified that process. I started RPM, LLC which stands for Restaurant Preventative Maintenance LLC. We are a all inclusive complete maintenance solution for all size restaurants and bars. How does it work? Simple, we come in and do a complete inspection of your entire restaurant. Including, appliances, hoods, drains, hvac, gas lines, and pest control. If needed we offer a deep clean service. Once inspection is complete we set you up with an online work order system. I created this system myself to avoid paying another company and keep cost down for restaurants. Then if anything goes wrong in the restaurant... anything... walk-in cooler goes down, building AC stops working, drains clog, hoods are dirty... anything. You just scan the QR code that will be placed in different areas and fill out a 7 second work order online, you can even take a picture and send with the work order. Our office will receive the work order immediately and dispatch the appropriate technician to repair the issue. Our service also includes us coming in overnight and cleaning all cooler coils, hvac filters and coils and gas line inspection once a month. We are based in Broward County Florida. We currently have 8 restaurants and a food pantry and the reviews are outstanding. Finally, one company to handle all maintenance. We even paint and build or repair decks. EVERYTHING. Hey everyone! RPM had a bar deep clean last night. I tried to group before and after pictures. However, there is a picture of an entire steak we found in the drain with a science experiment growing on it. Lol. We will now perform a deep clean at this bar once every two months. They are also now taking advantage of our maintenance agreement. Now they will enjoy a full work order system to keep up with maintenance issues. No trip charge, reduced labor rate and free shipping on most parts. Plus, once a month we will come in and clean all refrigeration coils, hvac filters and condenser coils as well as inspect gas lines and drains. We offer drain jetting with a 3 month guarantee. Pest control will be set up monthly and all hood and fire systems will be serviced and inspected.
