Special thanks to De La Finca for giving me my first pound of coffee a year ago. They have exquisite coffees, and my personal favorite is the Ethiopian, and Rwandan, both of which are for sale for $12 for a pound, and $10 for 12oz.

While I was at the festival yesterday, I met Cafe Kreyol. The stand caught my eye because they have Haitian coffee. My friends, Liam and Tore, are missionaries in Haiti. Also, I have never roasted Haitian coffee before. Cafe Kreyol supports farmers through direct trade. I tried the same beans, roasted three different ways and would suggest the light roast, though all roasts were delicious!! I have limited stock, but can order more if there is high demand. I am selling at $16 for 12 ounces, and am donating $2 back to Haiti. Thanks, Eric for your kind words and support!
