Dear Friends and Guests,

we are pleased to announce, that we have found a new Restaurant.
Unfortunately, we were not able, to rebuild on Fort Myers Beach.

Our new Restaurant is called "Heidi's German Restaurant" and is located at 12791 Kenwood Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33907. (the former Kenwood Lane Grill)

Corner College Pkwy and S. Cleveland Ave. (US41) Centrally located and easily accessible by car from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples and Lehigh Acres.

The Restaurant has ample parking and a small outside "Beer Garden".

We still have to do some changes and renovations.

With your support, we are confident, that we can make "Heidi's German Restaurant" as
successful, as our former "Heidi's Island Bistro" on Fort Myers Beach.

We are looking forward, to serving you soon our fine German cuisine with "German Gemütlichkeit"
We are so excited, seeing all of you again !!

We hope, to be able to open mid April 2023.

Dear friends and guests,

We apologize for the late post, but we have no power, no internet, very bad cell service, no water.

Still in shock, we have to inform you, that
our Restaurant doesn't exist anymore.
Hurricane Ian washed it away, like most of Fort Myers Beach.

After 10 years of hard work and establishing our Restaurant,
"Heidi's Island Bistro " came to a sudden end.
It took a few hours, and our existence was just gone.
As of right now, we don't know if, or how, we can go on.

We want to thank all of you for your loyalty and support and for being incredible lovely friends and guests.
That always meant so much to us !!

We will keep this FB page, to stay in touch with you and to inform you, if there are any News.

Dear guests and friends,
unfortunately I (Axel) have to undergo a hip surgery.
Therefore we are forced to close the restaurant probably until end of October.
I am asking for your understanding and I am looking forward to serve you our delicious German Cuisine again, as soon as possible.
