Today was a rough day… Comcast’s business internet has been off and on since yesterday, which made taking credit cards a nightmare! Then tickets weren’t going through to the kitchen, then outstanding tickets would just disappear! Every check out with a credit card was a nightmare! Then with a server down this weekend due to illness and next help not due in til noon and tickets rolling in at 11:15, that left Bob and I to take orders, cook, deliver and check people out! It was rough! We got between a rock and a hard place for sure today but we appreciate your understanding for the internet disruption and the difficulty that it put us all in. Unfortunately, internet disruptions are not in our control! Generally everyone understood . It seemed by days end, Comcast straightened out but a little too late!
We appreciate your patience with us yesterday and today… we ARE held hostage to the internet and when it fails, there’s not much we can do!!!
