I’m up wayyyy to early. But I know I had to keep somewhat on track since I am heading out for a day adventure. Protein oatmeal, my refreshing energy drink with 160mg caffeine, vitamins, antioxidants, collagen & electrolytes. I’m missing my gym workouts, but today will be lots of steps ♥️

*I will reach 130lbs! (Will drop 5lbs @ a time to help stay motivated)
*knee replacement (with an outcome from the MRI)
*Give myself more grace

Write down your goals and put it somewhere. As you achieve those goals cross them out! Definitely give yourself grace when you’re not doing the right thing as you work towards a goal. It’s okay. Don’t loose focus of your goals! You got this! Don’t Give Up ♥️

I didn’t have any pies for Thanksgiving or Christmas. But I am having a Pecan Pie with 24g of protein! Sooo yummy! This is my breakfast! I was up at 2:30am for a 3-4am arm workout at the gym. Came home took a nap and now at work…
