🎆 Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Today is all about celebrating America, freedom, and the beautiful tradition of gathering around a hot grill. But this Independence Day, we are switching things up. Instead of throwing the traditional lamb chops or a classic American steak on the fire, we are honoring the holiday with the ultimate Romanian BBQ staple: authentic mici.

These juicy, skinless sausages are packed with savory spices, charred to perfection, and absolutely must be served with a heavy dip of traditional mustard. It is the perfect way to bring a little taste of Romania to the great American cookout, blending cultures right on the grill.
