Ive been really experimenting with ribs lately and different cooking methods and flavors . The ribs on the left got wrapped with brown sugar and our honey hot . Man that color is amazing . The ribs on right ive been cooking super high temp top rack getting them real crispy . Idk which is better haha . Were still testing .
