✨ Barista Favorites Spotlight ✨

For this spotlight, we’re featuring someone who may not be behind the counter anymore, but whose impact can still be felt in every corner of Grounded, Becca.

Becca is the reason Grounded exists and has become the café you all know and love today. She poured so much time, thought, creativity, and love into building this space. Now, she’s spending her days as a stay-at-home mom to the sweetest little boy, but her influence on this business remains everywhere.

Becca is incredibly talented and has a way of making anything she touches feel special. We are so grateful for the foundation she built and the community she helped create.

Becca’s favorite drink is an Americano with Vanilla Sweet Cream, topped with Cinnamon.

Next up is Danielle!

Although Danielle recently joined our team, she has already become such an important part of Grounded. She’s a talented barista, a quick learner, and so much fun to be around. We’re so thankful she’s here and can’t wait for you all to get to know her even more.

Danielle’s favorite drink is a White Mocha with Caramel, topped with Toasted Marshmallow Sweet Cream and a sprinkle of Sea Salt. Sweet, salty, and seriously delicious.

Jadyn is usually here on Saturdays, and having her on our team is such a joy. She’s one of those people who can make someone’s day simply by greeting them at the door. If you’ve been welcomed by Jadyn, you’ve probably left feeling like it was such a sweet interaction.
