Due to an overwhelming response to the news that we’re closing, we’ve run out of supplies significantly faster than we could’ve anticipated. We have an order that will get us through the week coming tomorrow, so we’ll have to close until then. Thank you to everyone who has stopped by today! If you plan to come in these final days, please be prepared to wait—especially during peak times. Again, thank you for your support and patience!

After over 4 years and thousands of vegan meals served Savery is closing its doors. We are incredibly grateful to our amazing community that has been so loyal to us throughout the years especially the last couple years.

Our passion is and always will be veganism but it’s time for us to move on and change minds through other avenues.

Our last day will be this Saturday, May 7th. We will most likely be open for pop ups throughout the upcoming months but after Saturday we will be officially closed.

Please continue to support the amazing Loving Cafe.

Fort Wayne is still very much a growing vegan city and needs multiple vegan restaurants. If you are a passionate vegan with the time and energy to dedicate to your own vegan restaurant and a relatively small amount of money to invest, please contact us so we can keep this in the community.

Again, thank you to everyone who has supported us and believed in the vegan movement!

Edited to add: To clarify, Savery is not closing for monetary reasons. Thankfully, even despite the pandemic, Savery has remained profitable. We are incredibly thankful for this and for the fact that Savery’s success has provided us with the ability to explore other business opportunities that provide us with much more joy. While we appreciate donation/funding offers, we truly just have lost all passion, interest, and love for this industry.

Due to staffing shortages we will be closing early today at 3:00pm.

We appreciate everyone’s support as we deal with problems like these that come with operating a restaurant during and in the aftermath of a pandemic as well as the problems that come with operating a family owned and operated business. We’re proud to announce in partnership with Elwood’s Organic Dog Meat we will now be serving 100% humane dog meat! We were hesitant about this at first, but after seeing that this meat is local, organic and humane, we decided that this would be a great fit for us. Come try all your favorite dog dishes!

We are suspending our Taco Tuesday 😭 but be on the lookout for the most popular items to return to the main menu soon! In the meantime we are officially starting our Summer Menu!

New burritos, naked wings, chili cheese dogs, pretzel dogs and other grilled hot dog options as well as new shake options all coming tomorrow!

Heads up, our summer menu is coming! We've got some exciting additions in store including added shake options, new burgers, and shareables. In order to accommodate these additions, some menu favorites will be retired. The last day to order from our current menu will be THIS Saturday! We'll be open 11am-7pm.

Today we are announcing the closure of Sunday brunch for the foreseeable future. Some of our most popular breakfast menu items will now be available all week.

The good news is that we will now be open every Tuesday from 11am-3pm for our Taco Tuesday which will feature a menu exclusively dedicated to Mexican-inspired items including tacos, quesadilla, burritos and more. Our first Taco Tuesday is this Tuesday February 1st!
