They did a wonderful story. Hats off to channel 5.

Fort Worth residents are mourning the death of a beloved restaurant owner who recently lost her battle with COVID-19. Sunny Parton, 78, was a friend and family member to so many neighbors on Fort Worth’s West Side. On Sunday friends celebrated her life at the restaurant she built over 50 years ago...

Now I have a gripe.... It seems like anytime I get a little breathing room here lately. Something else is slapping me in the face, with the support of all my customers during the start of this pandemic. I was able to survive, and my employees survived as well. Thank you all so much! I know the cost of groceries has edged up recently, but the price of cheese is off the rails. My leading cheese supplier increased the price $20 a case. That is from $43 to $63 overnight with no warning. My alternate supplier has raised $43 to $49. Which racks up quickly as I go through approximately 50 cases a week. As I am not a massive chain, I am at the mercy of the market, after looking into why. I found that before the COVID issue, milk, aka cheese prices were so low that we sold all of our cheese to foreign interest, leaving a massive shortage, aka a price hike. Why do we allow our items that are subsidized by the government to be looted by international companies? Milk, dairy, and cheese are all USDA subsidized programs. I can deal with the $6 dollar increase. It hurts, but I can not deal with a $20 increase.
We will survive, but I have to shake my head and ask what is next, and when can we get off this crazy train?

Hello to everyone! I hope that all is well and good. We have finally reopened our dining room and are having buffet twice a day. We are learning as we go, so we still have some kinks to work out. I would love to hear some input on how we did whenever you had a buffet.

Once again I would like to thank all of our great customers that have liked our page and supported us through this most difficult of times. We have reached a great milestone by getting 6000 likes on Facebook. All I can say is WOW!
I hope that everyone is well and your lives are getting back to "normal". You are all truly the greatest.

Hey just letting you know that we have a NEW Family Pizza Special. It includes a large pizza anyway you want it, with a salad, a order of boneless chicken breast nuggets, and either a 2 liter of Coke or Dr Pepper. You get all of this for only $35.

Just to give everyone a heads up. We are not having the buffet yet. I have decided to err on the side of caution and wait to see what happens with the Covid19 spread. We are still doing curbside to go.
Once again I would like to express my humble gratitude to everyone that has come out to support us in our time of need.
WE TRULY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMERS!!!! We would not be here without you.

I am amazed, grateful, overwhelmed, and at a loss for words! I can not say thank you enough for the tremendous outpouring of help from all our loyal fans. ALL OF YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. You have truly rallied to the cause and helped Parton’s Pizza pull through this most trying of times. I am shocked and was not prepared for the tremendous response my post had.
I would like to apologize to any customers that could not get through to place an order or any customer that was upset due to the extremely long wait times. I would love to be able to serve everyone within 20 minutes but due to the constraints of my kitchen and ovens I just could not do it, and for that you have my deepest regrets. I did not set out to make anyone unhappy.
My employees would also like to give thanks for all the support that has been given to them. You have truly made a big difference in our lives with your gracious support.
If you could not get through to place an order, please try back during the week. The availability and wait time will decrease as the week goes on.
Once again Parton’s would love to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. God bless you all and stay well.

I need HELP from all of Parton's customers! Yesterday I was informed that there are no SBA monies available, even though I submitted my application within 6 hours of the opening of the program. I was informed by the bank that the larger of the “small businesses” received 95% of the funds leaving very little for the truly small businesses like myself. Without those funds I will not be able to keep my doors open. My back is against the wall and I am asking for your help. PLEASE ORDER PIZZA! PLEASE help us keep our doors open and my employees employed. We are open 11am to 8:45pm for orders Monday thru Saturday and Noon to 7:45pm on Sunday. 817-244-5152. Please tell your friends, family, anyone that you know that loves pizza.
Thank You,
Sunny & Jody Parton
