Texas de Brazil is a churrascaria, or Brazilian steakhouse, that features several cuts of flame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items. This continuous dining restaurant embraces a time-honored tradition of churrasco-style cooking, which was adopted from the gauchos, or Brazilian cowboys of Rio G

rande do Sul, a region in Southern Brazil. The menu features various cuts of perfectly seasoned beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all slow-roasted over an open-flame and carved at the table by the restaurant’s experienced gauchos. Additionally, Texas de Brazil boasts an extravagant gourmet salad area containing more than 50 fresh items such as grilled vegetables, imported cheeses, charcuterie, smoked salmon, creamy lobster bisque and many more mouthwatering variations of salads and traditional Brazilian sides. Accompanying the meat service are the celebrated Brazilian favorites: pão de queijo (cheese bread) & cinnamon and sugar bananas. Decadent desserts, refreshing Brazilian cocktails and an award-winning wine list are also available to further enhance the dining experience.
