Pascal’s Famous Choucroute Garni!

This Wednesday, we will offer Chef Pascal’s ever-popular choucroute as well as a starter and brandy ice for only $49.50. Back in Pascal’s Parisian days, he headed up the kitchen of Gare de l’Est’s famous Choucroute haunt, Brasserie Alsacienne. Choucroute Garni is a delicious concoction of sauerkraut, Alsatian sausage and potatoes – the north’s answer to the south’s Cassoulet!
