Looking for AM and PM Servers!

Our servers are the face of Oni Ramen. They are responsible to make sure every patron in the restaurant is having the best experience, whilst working with multiple orders and people at once. We want ALL staff to have the ability to move up and take on more responsibility, and more importantly grow with our brand.
Prior experience as any front of house member or Customer Service position is desirable.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- MUST have a POSITIVE attitude.
- Must exemplify professionalism around patrons
- Understand how to stay organized with money.
- Work in a fast environment.
- Learn how to read food orders and bring out to customers tables.
- Stock and Clean stations and restaurant.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English with all staff and customers.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.

Attention Oni Family,

As of today, we will be moving to Togo’s indefinitely for the Fort Worth location only.

We have made this decision in response to the amount of COVID-19 cases that have been popping up around Texas as well as the entire country. We strongly feel this is the best course of action for everyone’s safety, including our own.

As a side note, we are not letting anyone into our stores unless you have a mask ON. This is for everyone’s safety to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 to our fellow patrons, as it’s mandated across Texas.

Looking for some full-time a.m. and p.m. line cooks

Our Line Cooks are very important members of Oni Ramen. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the brand, for every one of our guest. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility.

Prior experience as line cook, prep cook, chef, BOH, kitchen staff, grill cook, saute cook, fry cook is desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Line Cook:
Station Set-Up
Stock Station
Clean up & sanitation
Knife skills a huge plus
Must have a great attitude with a focus on food
Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English with managers and co-workers
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 60 pounds
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties

Attention ONI RAMEN family we will be opening on Friday morning for inside SERVICE!!!!! MAY 1st!!
Now with that being said we will be limited to only 30 guests at a time and we will be enforcing this very strictly! I want to ensure all of our guests that come to ONI RAMEN that we will still be maintaining social distancing at all times to the standards of what Governor Greg Abbott has outlined in phase one of allowing us to reopen at 25% capacity. We understand that these are still very trying times and we are doing everything we can do to obey these rules and restrictions. My staff is being briefed on updated cleaning and sanitation of all areas of the restaurant that anyone will be in contact with, throughout the day. I want to make sure that everyone that comes to dine in to our restaurant will be as safe as possible. We will be personally monitoring all staff and guests that come in to the restaurant. Taking every necessary steps to help curve the spread of COVID-19. This should be everyone’s top priority like it is for us. All seating throughout the restaurant will be spread out as far as possible during these next few weeks and will not be excepting large parties us less you are comfortable with sitting at different tables. We will continue to keep practicing these procedures until otherwise told to. We will be changing our hours of operation from 11 AM to 10 PM every day.

In response to COVID-19 and city officials, we are only accepting Togo orders at both locations.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, as these are rough times for all of us. In this time of struggle, the best thing we can do is support one another. We wish everyone well and hope this passes over with ease.

“The Fort Worth community has adhered to the recently implemented social distancing measures, and we, thankfully, have not yet had community spread of COVID-19 in Fort Worth. However, there continues to be community spread of COVIS-19 throughout North Texas and the rest of the country, and the city of Fort Worth is taking additional steps to minimize the risk to our community.”

Oni Ramen will be implementing these measures drawn up by Fort Worth City Officials effective immediately. We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19, and will take any measures to make sure our community is safe and to contain any widespread contamination of said virus.
