Russian roulette : (Updated)
Sauteed onions, mushrooms, and shaved steak, toasted in pasta, and a creamy garlic and smoked paprika cheese sauce.
Topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and parsley.

This week the Bratwursts are gone and we're incorporating pretzels and house made beer cheese.

The "Brewmaster Smash"
A single burger patty, bacon, white cheddar and jalapenos. Topped with crispy onions and beer cheese. Served on a pretzel hamburger bun. With chips and queso for dipping.

Served with the beer boiled onions and Dijon mustard.
