In 1999 Rony left Taiwan to join families in the US.

She spent the next 18 years in California until one day she fell in love with a southern country bumpkin named Kelly Bush. He swept her heart and soon enough she found herself in the south. It was a bumpy ride for Rony and Kelly when starting their family and after many difficult months in the hospital, they beat all odds and finally welcomed their new baby boy Kingston. When Rony stayed home with

Kingston during his first year, she discovered her love for macarons. Even after she returned to work, her love for baking macarons continued. She would put on her magic apron and baked the night away. She then decided to finally take a leap of faith. Leaving all she learned in the 13 years with Nordstrom, Rony followed her heart. THE NAME

"Little Bite Little", her dream of making macarons came true. With all the obstacles and hardship Rony and Kelly went through, they were still able to pursue their dreams step by step, little by little. THE MISSION

Through Rony's long night baking, she curated her recipes with a unique combination of ingredients and flavors. Little Bite Little can make your life a little sweeter one macarons at a time :)

Customer originally sent me a 6” heart-shaped vintage piping cake and asked if I could turn it into a 12” version.

After looking at the proportions and overall design, I decided to add an extra layer because it just looked too good not to. I made a few little adjustments to the final design to help everything flow better… and honestly, I’m so in love with how it turned out.

Sometimes scaling up a cake isn’t just about making it bigger, it’s about keeping the charm and balance of the original design while giving it its own moment to shine.
