Customer originally sent me a 6” heart-shaped vintage piping cake and asked if I could turn it into a 12” version.
After looking at the proportions and overall design, I decided to add an extra layer because it just looked too good not to. I made a few little adjustments to the final design to help everything flow better… and honestly, I’m so in love with how it turned out.
Sometimes scaling up a cake isn’t just about making it bigger, it’s about keeping the charm and balance of the original design while giving it its own moment to shine.
