✈️ Runway Moment of the Week

One of the things that makes The Runway feel a little different? Our scratch kitchen.

When we say homemade, we mean it.

🍗 That Chicken Parm? Hand-breaded.
🐟 Our white fish? Beer battered in-house.
🥣 Beef stock? Yep… we make that too.

And during the summer, we grow as many of our own herbs and vegetables as we can, so the freshest ingredients are just steps away from the kitchen.

It takes more time. It takes more effort. But we think you can taste the difference.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Adi! ✨

Adi joined us after graduating from Franklin High School to spend the summer with us before heading off to college. She jumped right in from day one, and her smile, positive attitude, and sweet personality made us fall in love with her instantly. We’re so grateful she’s been part of The Runway family, and we know she’s going to do amazing things in this next chapter!
