Every morning, we have the privilege of welcoming so many amazing people through our doors. One of those special faces is Payslee. She’s one of our daily regular customers, and over time, what started as a morning stop for a caramel roll has grown into a friendship that means so much to us.
On Monday, Payslee invited me to come watch her softball game. There wasn’t even a question—I was going. Seeing her smile when she noticed a familiar face in the stands was one of those simple moments that reminds you what really matters.
The Monarch has never been just about coffee. It’s about people. It’s about creating a place where relationships grow, where we celebrate each other’s accomplishments, cheer each other on, and show up for one another both inside and outside our four walls.
These connections are the heart of what we do. They fill our cups just as much as we hope we fill yours. ❤️
