New menu will not affect downtown weekend specials for Beef Rib & Whole Hog Platter. We are accepting pre-orders for Beef Ribs before they are sold out. Call today 240.575.9062.

All locations will now feature our smoked pit ham and smoked turkey breast.

Our Downtown M**o will be converting back to the original Triple Meat M**o. This sandwich is overloaded with Texas smoked brisket, pulled pork shoulder, pit smoked ham, swiss cheese, grilled onions and bbq mayo on a griddled roll.

We’ve added 2 totally new sandwiches to our “Specialty Sandwiches”-

The Underbelly: pork belly (smoked just like our brisket) topped with vinegar slaw.

Smoked Turkey: smoked turkey breast, crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese. That’s the ticket 🎟️
