Malvani Fish Thali, crafted with my mom’s recipes, bringing the Konkan coast to your table.
Think tender fish simmered in a rich, coconut‑forward gravy, layered with warm spices that don’t overwhelm but slowly build into comfort. This shift lets us share the nostalgic homestyle specialties and everyday favorites we grew up eating. Excited to share that we have two new menu stars in the upcoming week!
Introducing the first; A dish every Gujarati kitchen knows. The one you'll never find on a restaurant menu.
Bharela Bhinda is a Gujarati staple, each okra is slit by hand, one at a time, packed with a sweet-spicy-tangy spice blend, then cooked low and slow till it's soft enough to yield with no resistance. It's a dish built on technique passed down from generations, not the one you'll see plated at a restaurant, because restaurants rarely serve what's actually cooked at home on a regular basis. Comes with a simple daal tadka and steamed basmati rice, the way it actually shows up on our dinner plates at home.

A tiny harvest, a whole lot of joy. 🌱❤️

Today we picked a small batch of radishes, fresh fenugreek, and a few flowers from our little backyard garden. Moments like these fill my heart in the simplest way.

It’s the same joy we feel when we bring home produce from our local farmers for the meals we prepare for our patrons. We may be small, but our intentions are genuine. We believe good food begins with gratitude, care, and respect for every ingredient.

Sometimes the smallest harvests bring the biggest happiness. 🌿🌸
