This Sunday, we’re celebrating all the dads, grandpas, bonus dads, and father figures with smoky, slow-cooked goodness.

Memorial Day weekend may be rainy… but the smoker doesn’t care one bit. 🌧️🔥

This weekend feels like the perfect excuse to try something new at Allman’s Barbecue.

Everybody knows us for the pork, sliced/pulled or minced just the way BBQ should be. But lately the rest of the smoker has been showing off too:

Somewhere between a backyard cookout and a Southern fever dream… this beauty showed up. 🔥🐔

Smoked herb chicken piled high with our famous slaw and drizzled with Tamara’s secret white BBQ sauce so good it probably deserves its own security team.

It’s smoky. It’s tangy. It’s messy in the best possible way.
Basically the kind of sandwich that makes you stop talking for the first three bites.

🔥 Today is officially a holiday in our language… it’s National BBQ Day. 🍖

The smoker is rolling, the brisket’s got that bark that deserves its own country song, and the ribs are out here falling apart faster than your weekend diet plans. 😎
