EarthBodyHerbals’ owner Becky Owens started her journey in 2012 when she decided to take charge of her own health. “Through plant medicine and meditation I was able to switch all of my prescription medications to herbs in 2014.”

In March 2015 she completed her 6 month apprenticeship with Sacred Plant Traditions in the art, science and ceremony of herbal medicine. Becky plans to continue her education with various local programs and Sacred Plant Traditions.

“In the future I’d like to use more wild harvested plants in my recipes or plants from my own garden. I feel the closer you are to each part of the recipe, the better it is.”
