Here at Gumba’s we are lucky to have patronage of the kindest sort as we work towards being the best we can be. You probably noticed we are are a broadly diverse mix of skills and years experience. Individuals bring their unique verbal, non-verbal, and written shorthand and code to in-house communications. Our service culture will in time coalesce. Until then, you may one day order eggplant and get chicken. When something does go awry with your service, please bring it to our attention. Not only do we get the chance to correct it, but there’s at least some chance, it won’t happen again. Thank you!

We’ve had terrific success with our fall fundraiser for St Jude Children’s Hospital. Now it’s time to open it up to more people and host a summer event:
*Announcing The Ox Roast at the Dunkirk Lighthouse! Sunday July 19th, benefiting St. Jude Children's Hospital.
*Lunch is from 11:30 AM until 2:00 PM and dinner is at 5 PM. There will be sausage, hotdogs and clam chowder for lunch. Dinner will be roast beef, corn on the cob and potatoes. Beer and soda provided.
*Tickets for the whole day are $50.00 and available from several of our members from The Sicilian Historical Society and at Gumba's 44 Orchard St, Fredonia - (716) 401-3030.
Come join us and help us raise a record amount of money for St. Jude Children's Hospital. Looking forward to seeing you there.

A busy week at Gumba's 44 Orchard! As it heats up outside, you'll find some pleasant relief inside. The seafood stuffed shells with Alfredo plate is back. Really nice to see the return guests, as they further encourage the extended family vibe. In honor of the celebrated locomotive, maybe there will one day be a Big Boy plate or sandwich.

For Monday, June 1, at Gumba's 44 Orchard - Tripe is back! We'll also have the crab cakes again, as well as the seafood cakes of coarse chopped crab, shrimp, and scallop. That's available in a pasta shell too, with Alfredo sauce. Oh boy!

The kitchen is trying out a seafood filling for the stuffed mushrooms and peppers. Oh boy! Pretty good in a shell with Alfredo sauce too! The parking lot got some love. While the millings pack down, go easy - You know, idle speed and try to be moving when steering.
