Not much baking happened today, and for once that was completely intentional. 😊

We spent the day celebrating my youngest’s birthday, so the only thing I made was a batch of birthday cupcakes with my favorite little helper at 7:15 this morning in our PJs. 🥰

The rest of the day was filled with birthday adventures, Olive Garden lunch, a giant shark we didn’t know we needed, and lots of birthday girl celebrating. 🦈🎉

The coolers still have plenty of goodies available if you’re needing a treat, and I’ll be back in the kitchen tomorrow working on a full restock.

A little cooler refresh for Friday!

The coolers are looking much happier today!

We restocked Turtles and Pumpkin Bars, and added some fun summer sugar cookies too—flamingos and watermelon are now in the cooler. 🍉🦩

Thanks to some extra helping hands from my kiddos and bakery assistants, we’ve been busy packaging, stocking, and filling things back up. They may or may not accept payment in cookies. 😉

If you’ve been thinking about stopping by for a treat, now’s a good time! As always, it’s self-serve and first come, first served.

Cooler update!

I’m finally starting to win the battle against the poison ivy, but it definitely slowed me down more than I expected. The coolers are still looking pretty good, though!

I also have just a couple Buttercream Cookies and a few pieces of Cinnamon Roll Cake hanging on.

Right now I’m out of brownies, fruit pizza, strawberry Oreo dessert, and cherry delight, but those are all on my list for today. I’m hoping to get the coolers filled back up and add plenty of fresh treats throughout the day.

Behind the scenes at Bezzie’s this week…

The baking plans were ambitious.

Then I apparently decided that rolling around in poison ivy would be a better use of my time. 😬

A trip for steroids later, and I’ve been taking things a little slower than usual while I wait for the itching to stop controlling my every thought. I’ve also spent the weekend binge-watching Ted Lasso in a desperate attempt to forget about my misery. So far, Ted’s optimism is helping more than my self-control. 😂

If you’ve got a foolproof poison ivy remedy, feel free to share. Otherwise, take it from me: skip the poison ivy and stick to the desserts.

Puff people, today’s your day.

After another menu battle victory and a few days of mixing, baking, filling, and prepping, fresh cream puffs are officially in the coolers and ready to go!

Light, fluffy, filled with cream, and apparently incapable of staying in stock for very long. 😆

You voted for them. You waited for them. And now they’re finally here.

☀️ The coolers are feeling EXTRA summery today 🌴🍍🦩

While we’ve been deep in cream puff prep for tomorrow’s drop, we squeezed in a batch of these cute little summer cookies to keep the coolers looking happy and full today too. 💗💛💚

And YES — cream puffs are still on track for tomorrow!
We made a LOT with the goal of keeping them stocked throughout the day, so hopefully nobody misses out this time 🤞

Plan is for a mid-morning drop tomorrow, and I’ll post as soon as they officially hit the coolers! 👏

Vanilla Cream Puffs are coming back this week and prep has officially begun 👏

I’m hoping for a Thursday drop if all goes according to plan — and you KNOW I’ll post the second they hit the coolers because these never stick around long 👀✨
