Before No Rush Cafe ever partnered with Georgios Coffee Roasters, we were regular customers of theirs for years. We loved their consistency, the care behind every single roast and the team we got to know. So when the time came to choose a roaster for our own cafe, Georgios was always the dream partnership.

You can grab a bag of their beans from various regions right from our shelf, along with mugs, shirts, earrings, candles, and other little treasures we love.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country.

Their sacrifice gave us the freedom to gather, share a meal, enjoy a cup of coffee, and live in peace.

In observance of Memorial Day, No Rush Cafe will be closing early today.

We are predicted to get anywhere from 15-22 inches of snow. Wind gusts of up to 70 mph and coastal flooding. Please stay indoors and allow for road crews to clear snow tomorrow and hopefully, those who can, have already moved their vehicles off the street. There will be no garbage pickup tomorrow as announced by the Village. Once the snow has stopped help your neighbors especially the elderly. Stay Warm, cozy and we’ll see you on Tuesday :)

The Girl Scouts ain’t afraid of a little snow and neither are we! As today’s blizzard approaches, No Rush Café is here to be your warm escape. ❄️ While you enjoy your coffee or lunch, the Girl Scouts are here braving the cold selling their cookies until we close at 3 p.m.—or until they run out! Aaaand once again we have snow coming!! We think it’s time for winter to maybe exit. Anyone else upset with the groundhog?! 🤷🏻😫… We will be closing early today at 3pm to allow for staff to get home before the heavy snow starts to fall around 6pm. We will also post an update regarding tomorrow as the totals for the blizzard become more clear.

Today marks the beginning of Ramadan and Ash Wednesday, two sacred moments rooted in reflection, humility, and intention. We often forget how much more we all have in common in a world often trying to divide us. Both invite us to slow down, look inward, and reconnect with what truly matters: compassion, gratitude, self-discipline, and care for one another.
May this season be one of growth, grace, and renewed purpose for all.
