Let’s get ready for the big game. Pick up will be between 4-5pm on February 11th. These packages will feed 7-10 people. Package #1 is 1/2 a brisket, Mac and cheese, and beans price is $135. Package #2 is 1/2 pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and beans price is $110. Package #3 is 3 racks of ribs, Mac and cheese, and beans price is $135. Package #4 1/2 a brisket, 1/2 a pork, 2 racks of ribs, Mac and cheese, and beans $235. Also will have meat only for sale. Whole Brisket $150. Whole tray pork $100. 1 rack of ribs $28. We will have a limited amount of smoked turkey breast for thanksgiving 4 lb average $40. We will also be doing Apple and pumpkin pies at $14 each. Whole smoked brisket average weight 15 lbs for $150. Tray of pulled pork average weight 18 lbs for $100. Also full trays of Mac and cheese, beans with bacon and burger in them, for $75. And finally full trays of of candied yams or cole slaw for $50. While we are not attempting to turn on any propane until our adjuster comes and the trailer gets inspected, our refrigeration has not been affected and we still have an amazing prep area to use!
