We opened the doors of our restaurant to the public in November 11, 2001. It all started with a dream, a wish from our heart and the idea to create a place where there would be harmony and peace to make yourself and your family to feel right at home. A place where there wouldn't be drinks, alcohol, and smoking so you can enjoy the delicious food. God has blessed us for making our dreams into reali

ty. In the years of our business my wife and I have seen our restaurant grow in prosperity. My family and I give thanks to all our clients who have supported us for visiting our restaurant and our promise to bring you a dish cooked with excellence to your table. A special thanks to our pastor Carlos Luis Vargas, pastor of our church Freeport Bible Center for being a special man and for all the support that we had received during our years in the business. Also a special thanks to Martino Pereira (from Portugal) for sharing his wisdom in the area of Churrasqueria and for telling me that "If your product is excellent your client will be Excellent". He was one of many people who helped our restaurant to rise.
